If you’re an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor looking for a role where your expertise is genuinely valued, this is an opportunity to join a well-established team that combines complex, rewarding work with a supportive and approachable culture.
You’ll become part of a specialist Court of Protection department handling high-level Property & Affairs matters for vulnerable clients. Managing your own caseload with the support of experienced solicitors and paralegals, you’ll advise on complex and strategic issues while delivering the highest standards of client care.
You’ll have the opportunity to play an important role in the continued development of the team. Alongside your own caseload, you’ll support the supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues, contribute to business development and help strengthen the department’s reputation in the market.
