Key Responsibilities
* Managing and delivering geo-environmental and contaminated land projects from inception to completion * Planning, supervising, and coordinating intrusive site investigations * Undertaking contaminated land risk assessments and remediation strategies * Interpreting geological, geotechnical, and environmental data * Preparing Phase 1 Desk Studies, Phase 2 Site Investigation Reports, and technical interpretative reports * Liaising with clients, contractors, regulators, and multidisciplinary project teams * Mentoring and supporting junior consultants and engineers * Managing project budgets, programmes, and resource allocation * Ensuring compliance with current environmental legislation and health and safety standards * Supporting business development activities and client relationship management
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience working as a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant or in a similar geo-environmental role * Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering Geology, Geo-Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline * Strong understanding of contaminated land legislation and UK regulatory frameworks * Experience managing site investigations and contaminated land risk assessments * Excellent report writing and technical interpretation skills * Strong project management and client-facing experience * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Full UK driving licence * Right to work in the UK
