You’ll gain exposure to: * Credit strategy and risk analytics * Decision science and predictive modelling * Portfolio analytics * Machine learning, AI and automation * SQL, Python and modern analytical tools Graduate Commercial & Marketing Analyst Use data to drive customer growth and commercial performance by analysing marketing effectiveness, customer journeys and experimentation programmes. You’ll gain exposure to: * Marketing and customer analytics * Commercial strategy * Customer segmentation and targeting * A/B testing and experimentation * SQL, Python and data visualisation Who Were Looking For We welcome applications from graduates and final-year students who are passionate about using data to solve problems and create better outcomes for customers. You’ll likely be studying, or have recently completed, a degree in: * Mathematics * Statistics * Data Science * Computer Science * Economics * Physics * Engineering * Or another highly analytical discipline Were particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Curiosity and a growth mindset * An interest in data, technology, AI and automation * The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly * Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills * A willingness to challenge thinking and identify improvements * A desire to learn and develop quickly Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is advantageous but not essential.
