The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence to join a well-established warehouse operation based in Bolton (BL5).
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values teamwork, safety, and career development.
✅ Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT
✅ Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse
✅ Receiving, checking and dispatching goods accurately
✅ Assisting with WEEE processing and general warehouse duties
✅ Maintaining accurate stock records and completing paperwork
✅ Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures ⚠️
✅ Supporting colleagues to achieve warehouse targets
✅ Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
✔️ Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence
✔️ Previous warehouse experience
✔️ Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
✔️ Experience using manual handling equipment
✔️ Basic PC skills
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Understanding of KPIs and service levels (advantageous)
✔️ Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Consistent 4 On / 4 Off shift pattern
