Sanctuary Care Nurses:
Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using research-based practice
Have excellent communication and record keeping skills
Show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
Manage holistic care and emergency situations
Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion

Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
