Van Mobile Multi Trader Location: Central London (Mobile) Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and reliable Van Mobile Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance company delivering exceptional maintenance services to some of Central London's most prestigious residential properties. Working across prime and super-prime homes, you'll carry out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety, and can provide outstanding customer service in high-end residential environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of maintenance works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating, and basic electrical repairs. Diagnose faults and complete repairs to high-specification fixtures, fittings, and finishes. Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as well as reactive maintenance tasks. Work carefully and professionally within occupied luxury homes, ensuring minimal disruption to clients. Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and colleagues, providing clear updates on works carried out. Maintain excellent health and safety standards while keeping work areas clean and tidy.
