Job description
Learning Support Assistant 1 year - Fixed-term contract 35 hpw/ start/end date (24/08/2026 -02/07/2027) Salary: £26,803 - £27,597 Pro Rata, Term Time only + Training & Development + First Aid Training Location: Bromley and surrounding areas Are you passionate about supporting young people and adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Working closely with curriculum staff and the Learning Support team, you will provide one-to-one and small group support, remove barriers to learning, and contribute to creating an inclusive environment where every learner can thrive. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting learners with SEN or additional needs, excellent communication skills, and a caring, patient approach.
