Job description
Childcare Practitioner Woburn Forest | £13.83 per hour Bring the fun to life and create magical moments for families What youll be doing * Deliver engaging activities that promote fun, safety and learning * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards * Build trust and rapport with children, parents and colleagues * Contribute to a cheerful, collaborative team environment Whats in it for you * Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) * Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants * Bonus scheme and recognition rewards * A supportive, friendly team * Career development and in-role training Your working hours * Part-time * You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements * These shifts will fall between 8am and 8pm and you will be required to be fully flexible, including weekends About you * Minimum Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent * Strong communication skills * Ability to build rapport with adults and children in various group sizes * Naturally outgoing, cheerful and enthusiastic personality Note: Youll need to complete a DBS check before starting (well help with that).
