As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. Youll be the face of the brand connecting with shoppers sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas. Your passion for retail and ability to deliver a first-class service during each interaction will make you an essential part of our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people takes pride in delivering excellent service and contributes to a collaborative high-performing culture.
To be a successful Sales Associate at GAP you will-
Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales fitting rooms and tills
Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
Follow all store procedures for handling returns exchanges and customer concerns
Support operational processes including restocking back of house tasks and store presentation
Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
About You:
To be successful at GAP you will have-
Strong communication and interpretation skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
Passion for retail and delivering high standards in everything you do
Flexibility to work evenings weekends holidays and varied shifts
In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to for example the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship
Whats Next
As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment. This will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and those that match the job criteria closest will be contacted to arrange an initial Interview so we can have a chat to find out more about you.
