| Responsibilities: 1. Co-ordination of resources and contractor support required to support CRTC (UK) exercises primarily on SPTA and periodically overseas. 2. Lead G4 Staff Officer for planning and exercise design working with Div Bde & BG ex planners and G4 staff including advising on exercise SOR. 3. Coordination with key stakeholders in DIO CTG and LWC in deconflcting resources in support of defence outputs on SPTA. 4. Command the CRTC Support Team including career management and appraisals as directed by Comd CRTC UK. 5. CRTC lead for Ph 5 of all exercise activity ensuring end of exercise procedures are conducted effectively and protects CRTC UK Licence to Operate. 6. Supervising officer for all CRTC material accounts and Line Manager for military G4 staff. 7. Responsible for SHEF matters for the CRTC UK team. 8. Contribute to ABC Screening and reconciling accounts following exercises. Domestic Considerations: You will be based in Westdown Camp Tilshead SPTA. Approx. 45 NOOB annually during exercise periods (programmed 12 months in advance). |
