JOB PURPOSE

This role supports the Commercial Activation team by helping deliver actionable insightsfacilitatingbestpractice sharing across the group andassistingin managingthe activation of commercial projects forour core FMC championsand portfolio companies.

Working under the guidance of theSenior Managers youll play a key role in shaping selected commercial strategies (e.g.proposition strategy and developmentoperational andgo-to-marketstrategies) and supporting initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty increasingnetadds and boostingcustomerARPU.Youllalso contribute to the operational side of strategic programs like digital transformation or post-merger activitiesand ensure best practice learning is shared and implemented across the group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Produce robust quantitativeandqualitativeanalysesto drive commercial insightsthat inform decisionsandhelpidentify size and shape new commercial opportunities

• Manageassigned workpackagesand projects to successful executionspanning market research customer value proposition (CVP) development businesscasingand go-to-market supportalwaysmeeting agreedobjectivesand timeline.

• Contribute tothe development of selected commercial strategies around productserviceor experience:helping todesign the proposition blueprintdeliverthe business case andthe go-to-market strategy.

• Support the identificationandprioritisationoftransferable best practiceand implement structured knowledge sharing toleveragethe benefits for allOpCos.

• Be accountable for the qualityaccuracyand timeliness of their work and recommendations.

• Collaborate with thewiderCommercial Activationteamto supportthe VP Commercial Activation inoperating and budget reviews for core businesses and portfolio companies; providing non-recurring analytical and performance insights and ensuring follow-through on commercial and operational questionsissuesand opportunities.

• Contribute to the commercial & operationsinputtooperatingand strategic meetings where applicable and(to CEO and Board level).

• Stay informed about commercialoperationaland technological trends and innovations relevant to the industry.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

• Business casing builds clear structured models and supports opportunity sizing and scenario modelling with foundational financial literacy (P&L long-range plan company reports).

• Market research & commercial acumen conducts secondary research from the right sources tracks relevant industry trends and applies commercial judgement to sense-check insightsand assess thelikely implicationsor considerations of different commercial strategies.

• CVP & go-to-market understandsconsumerpain points cancontribute to CVPdevelopmentand shows a keen interest in go-to-market fundamentals.

• Data visualisation & digital literacy creates clear visuals and is proficient with core tools (Excel BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau and presentation tools).

• Storytelling & communication drafts the building blocks of a narrative and structures them into compelling presentations; presents confidently and credibly to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Ways of working organises and prioritises own workload to meet deadlines; collaborates effectively across remote matrixed teams; takes ownership of own tasks and stays curious and resilient under pressure.

• Fluent in English.

Desirable Skills & Abilities:

• Recentgraduate-including those completing a rotational or graduate program- or min2 yearsexperience in commercial strategy analyticsconsultingor related roles.

• Exposure tostrategic thinkingtransformationinitiativesor commercial management projects in dynamic environments.

• Experience working in a matrixed internationalorganisationis a plus.

• Familiarity with the telecom mediatechandrelated industries is beneficial.

Preferred education/ qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inbusinesseconomics engineeringor alike.
