Associate Residential Sales
Location: Manchester (hybrid working)
Salary: 70000 to 90000 plus bonus and benefits
Experience: Associate level
A great opportunity to join a specialist Residential Sales team focused on plot sales and new build development work nationwide. This role offers high-quality developer-led work across leasehold and freehold schemes with a strong mix of technical drafting client contact and team support.
You will manage a varied caseload of development plot sale matters working closely with acquisition colleagues and clients to ensure sites are set up correctly for sales and providing ongoing support through the full sales lifecycle.
The team delivers a comprehensive plot sales service to developer clients including shared ownership and open market sales interim and final staircasing licence to assign applications lease extensions and buy-back and re-sales. The work is development-led and the team does not act for individuals.
