As part of the Delivery team youll lead complex high-profile programmes that modernise our operations technology and ways of working creating lasting improvements across the to the Director of Delivery youll work with senior leaders specialist delivery teams and external partners to drive large-scale change from planning through to successful implementation. Proven experience delivering technology-enabled and business transformation initiatives within complex multi-stakeholder environments. Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams and coaching Project Managers to achieve successful outcomes.
