Job description
Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Site Manager on a 12 month contract, located Midlands. Role Summary The Site Manager is responsible for the entire scope of construction site activities on a given project site, acting under the direction and on behalf of the project director. Within a given project, they define the site works strategy, leads the site teams, and manages the execution of the project scope of works. They ensure that Safety, Quality, Costs and Schedule comply with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulation. On Large & complex sites a site manager can be mobilised to look after individual major packages. Reports to the GSI Construction Manager and participates to the function’s objective definitions and their follow up. Main tasks are the following: * Support the timely definition and issuance of sub-contracts with EHS, Quality, Planning, Contract Management & Sourcing Input. * Act as the main point of contact for operational aspects of all sites sub-contracts. * In the case of partner / consortium, act as the main point of contact for all construction related topics. * Ensure integration of Customer EHS requirements in project specific EHS procedure with EHS department support. * Responsible for planning of C&C activities within the overall project schedule, implementation of construction management system on each site towards on time delivery of the project...
