As a Customer Account Executive , you will be a key point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for communicating positively with trade customers regarding their requirements and promoting the company's contribution to the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contacting and supporting tyre retailers across the region.
* Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding pricing, client lists, and company finances.
* Working in harmony as part of a dedicated team .
* Ensuring high standards of professional service at all times .
* Process sales orders to the order system efficiently and correctly for the customer.
* Managing key accounts , involving outbound and inbound calls daily , building a rapportwith your account customers.
