Liquid Personnel is recruiting Support Worker Team Leaders for its client in Oxfordshire and Oxford.

Salary:per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)
Positions Available: Team Leader x2 - Oxfordshire & Oxford.
What will your responsibilities be
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred engaging way
- Assist the Deputy/ Registered Manager with staff supervision and development
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential
- CarDriver
- Significant experiencesupporting people with complex needs
- Strongorganisational and communication skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude
- Role is not open to sponsorship
