A Typical Day as a Store Manager:

• Lead your store to success by ensuring exceptional operational standards and delivering consistent excellence across customer service food safety hygiene and Starbucks brand expectations.
• Drive store performance through effective inventory management stock control merchandising and regular reporting to keep the store running efficiently and delivering strong results.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance by reducing waste managing labour effectively reviewing processes and implementing action plans that support business goals.
• Take ownership of commercial performance through responsible cash management budget planning expenditure control and making informed decisions that support store growth.
• Build and develop a high-performing team by coaching mentoring and creating a positive and inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported to grow and succeed.
• Recruit develop and inspire talent by attracting great people planning rotas effectively and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and maximise opportunities.
• Create a culture of recognition and accountability by celebrating success supporting colleague wellbeing and managing people matters fairly and consistently in line with company policies.

• Previous management experience within a retail hospitality or customer-focused environment.

Shift Information
