Education Recruitment Consultant

Middlesbrough Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission (DOE) Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to grow your desk, increase your earnings and progress your career with a company that genuinely invests in its people? Due to continued growth, Pin Point Recruitment is expanding our Education division in Middlesbrough and were looking for an ambitious, driven consultant to join our successful team. Youll take ownership of existing client accounts while also developing new business opportunities across the education sector. From sourcing quality candidates to managing bookings, payroll and client relationships, youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment service. What Youll Be Doing Managing and developing existing education sector accounts Winning new business and building long-term client relationships Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates Filling temporary and permanent education vacancies Managing bookings, candidate compliance and payroll processes Writing and posting engaging job adverts and social media content Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates Keeping up to date with education recruitment compliance and regulations What Were Looking For Previous recruitment experience is essential Strong business development skills and a proactive mindset Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building ability Motivated, organised and target-driven Professional telephone manner Someone who wants career progression, not just another job What Youll Get Competitive basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) Uncapped commission structure Existing client accounts from day one Supportive and experienced team environment Excellent staff retention with long-standing employees across the business Opportunity to build and grow your own division If youre passionate about recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to join a company where your hard work is recognised and rewarded, wed love to hear from you.
