Domestic Considerations: Live within commutable distance of the Army Reserve Centre in :
1. Overall responsibility for all aspects of pay and administration within the Regt to ensure G1 readiness and
operational effectiveness.
2. Overall responsibility for the management of the Regt Admin Office.
3. Lead for all relevant personnel management checks and internal assurance processes in compliance with
Defence and sS policy.
4. Unit Checking Officer for public funds JPA iExpense Auditor and Internal Auditor for Service Charitable Funds.
5. Advisor and focal point for civilian staff where required.
6. Provide financial advice to the budget holder.
7. Provide G1 career advice to SPS Reserve personnel as required
8. Unit Data Protection officer Information Manager and focal point for SAR and DP issues.
9. Lead on information data governance and assurance and improvements in Unit KIM maturity on behalf of SIO.
10. Line Manager for military and civilian staff.
