As Head of Travel Home & Gadget Insurance you will be responsible for the commercial performance product development and in-life optimisation of Post Office Insurance (POI)s Travel Home and Gadget insurance lines.
This role is the day-to-day commercial owner of these portfolios ensuring sustained margin improvement profitable growth competitive positioning and delivery of strong customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty obligations fair value expectations and conduct risk standards.
The role plays a critical part in executing the Product & Proposition Directors strategy; driving portfolio profitability strengthening insurer partnerships identifying new opportunities and ensuring propositions remain relevant and commercially successful within a competitive market.

To be successful in this role you will be an experience commercial leader with strong product proposition or commercial experience within General Insurance (ideally Travel Home or Gadget). In addition to this you will have:
