Integration Communication Lead: We're looking for an experienced Integration Communication Lead to play a pivotal role in one of the UK's most significant transformation programmes. You'll lead the development and delivery of communications that support the integration of Ageas UK, esure and Saga, ensuring colleagues remain informed, engaged and connected throughout the journey. Working across programme, people and culture initiatives, you'll translate complex change into clear, compelling communications that support successful adoption and help build a unified organisation
