Are you an experienced Prepper looking for your next opportunity with a growing manufacturer? We are seeking a skilled individual to join a busy production team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring products and components are prepared to the highest standard prior to painting and finishing. As a Prepper, you will be responsible for: Preparing components and products ready for painting, including sanding, filling, masking and cleaning Inspecting surfaces and identifying any defects requiring rectification Applying primers and preparing materials for the paint process Using hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standards Ensuring parts are correctly masked and protected before painting Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following health and safety procedures at all times Working to production schedules and quality standards About you:

To be successful in this Prepper role, you'll need: Previous experience as a Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher or similar manufacturing role Experience preparing metal, composite or automotive components for painting Knowledge of sanding, masking, filling and surface preparation techniques Ability to interpret work instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality Good housekeeping and health & safety awareness A reliable and positive attitude with a strong work ethic Benefits:
