A satisfying role
A key figure within the site youll take the lead on all areas of the day shift leading a team of circa 110 colleagues. From planning and managing resources to implementing improvements and maintaining a safe and efficient environment youll help us deliver excellence for our customers. Youll give your best for your team too fostering a people-first culture and making sure theyve got all the tools support and training they need.
