Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering an extensive range of corporate secretarialand governance services to ensure that our clients legal entities are compliantwith local requirements. You will work across a range of jurisdictions worldwidemanaging the relationship between the client and the local legal team ensuringthat outstanding client

service is delivered. Service delivery of global coordinationprocesses is a key element of this role to ensure the delivery of excellent clientservice which is at the core of everything we do.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordination of corporate secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions and time zones worldwide including annual compliance and corporate actions.
• Ensuring clients legal entities are compliant with local corporate secretarial (or equivalent) obligations.
• Monitoring compliance deadlines reviewing processes and guiding clients through their responsibilities to ensure obligations are completed on time ensuring the good standing of client international registrations.
• Management of a number of clients being a central point of contact ensuring client satisfaction with the overall service.
• Reviewing and sense checking work performed by international network firms (e.g. ensuring the instructions have been followed information shared is correctly included in draft documentation etc.).
• Contributing to revenue through ensuring that invoices for work completed are issued accurately and on time.
• Carry out regular update calls with clients to review progress of ongoing matters and projects and ensure that all action points are completed.
• Assist with setting up of new clients and engaging the local legal teams for provision of corporate secretarial services.
• Responsible for ensuring clients databases are up to date and are accurate.
• Maintaining internal systems (i.e. matter management system and finance software).
• Escalating issues/concerns raised by clients and international networkfirms to the appropriate individuals within the GEMS Management Team.

Essential Knowledge Skills Experience:

• Highly organised individual experienced in managing competing
  deadlines and demands
• Experience in client facing roles
• IT literate skills in all MS Office Excel and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (incl. excellentgrammar and ability to adapt communication style to suit audience)
