A highly respected regional firm with a strong national reputation in clinical negligence is looking to recruit Clinical Negligence Solicitors at a range of experience levels, from 1-year PQE through to senior grade, to join its expanding and well-accredited team.
The firm is known for its excellent work-life balance, offering hybrid and fully remote working options. Candidates can benefit from a highly flexible model requiring as little as one- or two-days’ office attendance per month in Leeds.
This opportunity provides a supportive, progressive environment where you can work on high-quality clinical negligence matters alongside APIL, AvMA and Law Society accredited specialists. Whether you are early in your clinical negligence career or an experienced litigator seeking greater autonomy, flexibility and development, the firm can offer a role shaped to your level.
About the Role
You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation, depending on the level and complexity appropriate to your experience. You will work closely with medical experts, counsel and clients, progressing cases proactively and providing clear, empathetic advice.
More experienced candidates will also have opportunities to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to departmental strategy and help maintain high standards of service and performance.
