What will you be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency
Managing order tracking invoicing returns and discrepancies
Supporting the sales team with quotes stock queries and reporting
Maintainingaccuraterecords and documentation
Identifyingopportunities to improve our processes and customer experience
Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly quickly and effectively.
Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment

Our successful candidate will need:
Basic computer skills and a keen eye for detail
