They deliver exceptional customer service ensure the shop always looks its best and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the now have a fantastic opportunityfor a Supervisor to join the Oxford team on a 24hourpermanent note this is a late-trading store operating between 08:00am and 8:00pm. Successful candidates must be able to work flexibly across these hours including evenings and weekends where help us by:Supporting the management team in creating a service culture within the store team that puts the customer at the heart of everything they doGuiding the Sales Advisor team on how to recommend additional services to drive sales such as omni-channel selling gathering customer data and recommending add-on purchasesSupporting the store leadership team with driving store sales profitability and consistent KPI achievementImplementing store visual merchandising windows standards and guidelines and utilising all product categories and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the storeTraining the Sales Advisor team to have a thorough knowledge of our brand products design inspiration and servicesCommunicating store performances to your team and key stakeholders around the business providing regular feedback highlighting any risks and opportunities to sales for the businessSupporting your Store Manager with all store operations such as management of stock loss prevention escalation and incident reporting health and safety GDPR cash handling key holder responsibilities and store safety standards amongst othersBeing a key-holder for the store and having sole responsibility for running the store when requireThe skills youll be sharing with the team:Coaching will come naturally to you; youll be passionate about inspiring your team to have excellent product knowledge and will lead by example with your customer service skills. Driving sales thinking commercially and working towards KPIs will be really important to you and is key to this situations dont phase you as you have an adaptable and resilient attitude being able to respond positively to change.
