Requirements: Qualifications: Essential: GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable: Qualifications in Facilities Management Health & Safety Compliance or Property-related fields. Knowledge: Essential: Understanding of facilities compliance requirements and health and safety responsibilities. Desirable: Knowledge of Legionella Asbestos Fire Safety and M&E compliance. Experience: Essential: Experience in compliance inspections and using Microsoft Word and Excel. Desirable: Experience with CAFM systems and previous public sector experience. Skills & Competencies: Essential: Excellent attention to detail strong organizational skills ability to identify risks and strong IT skills. Ability to work independently prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks. Additional Information This is a 5-month temporary contract with an immediate start available. Early morning starts are required. Experience using CAFM systems is highly desirable.
