Were looking for an established Quantity Surveyor operating at Associate level to join our growing Oxford team. What is it like to work in this office

Our Oxford office is growing and this is a unique opportunity to come in and help shape it.

Youll be the first Quantity Surveyor in the office working alongside a strong team of Project Managers with the opportunity to establish and grow the QS offering as part of a wider well-established business.

This isnt about fitting into an existing structure. Its about helping to build it. Youll have the autonomy to lead delivery develop client relationships and influence how the QS function evolves in the region while being supported by experienced colleagues across the wider Ward Williams network.

Your profile:

Were looking for someone who is confident taking ownership of projects from start to finish bringing their expertise to the table and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Youll have a strong understanding of cost management and project delivery with the commercial awareness to balance quality and value across a range of schemes.

Youll be comfortable working with contracts and navigating the challenges that come with complex projects managing risk building relationships and keeping things moving in the right direction.

Just as important is how you work. Youll be a clear communicator proactive in your approach and someone who builds trust easily with clients and colleagues alike.
