You will be responsible for growing the lettings portfolio winning new landlord instructions carrying out rental valuations and managing the day-to-day performance of the lettings department. This position would suit an ambitious property specialist who enjoys developing business opportunities building long-term client relationships and providing a high level of service throughout the lettings process.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager / Valuer:

• Conduct rental valuations and secure new landlord instructions
• Develop new business opportunities through networking referrals and proactive prospecting
• Manage and grow the lettings portfolio while maximising rental opportunities
• Build strong relationships with landlords tenants and applicants
• Oversee the lettings process from initial instruction through to completion
• Support and motivate the lettings team to achieve agreed targets and objectives

• Previous experience within residential lettings with a proven valuation background
• Strong knowledge of the local rental market and current industry trends
• Demonstrable success in winning new lettings instructions
• Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a target-driven environment
• Confident dealing with landlords and providing professional property advice
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Ambitious organised and proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
