Are you experienced in supporting customers to build confidence develop life skills and live independently Were offering a 12-month fixed term opportunity tobecome a Community Support Worker at Amplius.
Working closely with customers colleagues and partner agencies youll provide person-centred support that helps people facing homelessness move towards greater independence wellbeing and long-term housing stability.
Salary: 28040.47 per year
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract
Your week: 37 hours - Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am - 10pm on a rolling rota.
Location: Gainsborough HRS Lincolnshire
