MPJ Recruitment is delighted to be working with one of the North West's leading repair management providers, supporting customers and partners through a seamless and efficient claims and repair journey.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive and organised Repair Supply Handler to join their Manchester City Centre team.
What you'll be doing
As a Repair Supply Handler, you'll play an important role in keeping repair claims moving efficiently from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing repair claims and proactively minimising delays to keep cases progressing.
- Liaising with repairers, engineers, recovery agents and salvage partners to ensure service levels are met.
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring outstanding actions and following these through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claim records and systems.
- Identifying potential issues or delays and taking proactive action to resolve them.
- Working in accordance with FCA, GDPR and company compliance requirements.
- Managing multiple cases effectively while working towards agreed targets and deadlines.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a busy environment. Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience within motor insurance, claims, accident management, vehicle repairs or a similar environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Good Excel and general administrative skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence and resilience to work towards targets, SLAs and deadlines.
- A genuine desire to deliver a high standard of service to customers and business partners.
