Job description
Location: Blackpool Pay: £12.71 per hour Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time & Ad Hoc Opportunities Available Rotherwood Recruitment are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a supported accommodation service in Blackpool, supporting young people aged 16-18 as they transition into independent living. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced support workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. You'll play a vital role in helping them build confidence, develop essential life skills and work towards a brighter future. The Role As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to both male and female young people with a range of complex needs. The young people you support may present with challenging behaviours, mental health needs, emotional trauma and a history of absconding, so you'll need to remain calm, resilient and consistent in your approach. We're looking for someone who is firm but fair—able to build positive relationships while maintaining clear boundaries, following safeguarding procedures and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every young person.
