Keep the wine range balanced between profit and pleasure, making sure we always have the right bottles on hand to delight guests.
Conduct stock takes, line checks, and investigations like the Sherlock of Chardonnay. * *Policy Pro (because rules are cool, actually):* Make sure everyone's playing by the rules—like washing hands, lifting with their knees, and not turning the kitchen into a slip-and-slide.
Safety is sexy, people. * *Admin Alchemist (Turning Paperwork into Gold):* Payroll done on time? Check.
Stock variances solved? Check.
New starters onboarded before they even step through the door? Triple check.
