Core Responsibilities
Lead Partnerships Build and cultivate trusted relationships with licensors brands and intellectual property partners acting as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle and ensuring long-term successful collaborations.
Shape & Grow the Portfolio Partner closely with Design Marketing Brand and Commercial teams to develop partnership strategiesidentifyand secure new licensing opportunities grow a diverse pipeline of brands and IPs using consumer insights market trends and commercial opportunities.
Lead Commercial NegotiationsLeadnegotiations contract execution and ongoing partnership management securing commercially successful agreements while balancing businessobjectivescritical timelines and partner needs.
Influence & Collaborate Across the Business Build alignment across Product Marketing Creative Local Markets Finance Legal and senior leadership influencing decision-making and ensuring the successful delivery of partnerships.
Drive Operational Excellence Establish effectiveprocessesonboarding and partnership frameworks while proactively resolving complex challenges mitigating risk and ensuring contractual operational and brand compliance.

Relevant professional experience in licensingacross a diverse array of brands and partnerships
Demonstrated negotiation capabilityand contractproficiency
Strong commercialacumenand numerical skillswith excellent attention to detail.
Highlyorganised structured and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Astrategicforward-thinking approach with the confidence to challenge constructively.
Clear and impactful written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
A commercially minded professional experienced in managing a diverse portfolio across multiple brands and partnerships while delivering strong business outcomes.
