Our client are a leading supplier and are looking for a candidate to fill a temporary to permanent opportunity working alongside a small team in the Warehouse and Logistics Department.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a long term career in an established company in Accrington.
Responsibilities to include :
Picking and Packing of Items which can be of various size
Production work (Some cutting of pipes/grinding/painting and assembly)
Housekeeping duties & general warehouse work under the supervisor
Driving company vehicles (up to Flatbed), including loading and unloading of items
FLT Driving (License required) - carrying out safety checks and reporting concerns
Observe and follow Standing operating procedures
Working to Health and Safety Procedures
Ensruing all tools and equipment is put away and cleaned after use
General Warehouse duties

This is a temporary role and the client is looking for a permanent employee - Hours of work 8.30 - 5.00 monday to friday (37.5 hours a week) - overtime available and flexability required on occasions
