At Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, food and drink are at the heart of the guest experience. As F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the lounge all day dining restaurants, events and banqueting operations and in-room dining, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Working closely with the Hotel Manager and senior leadership team, you’ll inspire and develop your team, drive commercial performance and continuously elevate service standards across our Food & Beverage operation.
You are an experienced Food & Beverage leader with a passion for hospitality, people development and commercial performance. You thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, balancing operational excellence with creative thinking and strong leadership. Confident managing multiple outlets, you enjoy building motivated teams, enhancing guest experiences and driving business results.
