In this pivotal role youll be at the heart of driving Talent & Development initiatives across Kepak ensuring the seamless delivery and continuous enhancement of our development programmes. Youll play a key role in creating an exceptional learning and development experience by managing programme coordination maintaining data accuracy and delivering operational excellence.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business youll bring structure insight and process discipline to support talent development outcomes helping our people grow thrive and reach their full potential.
