Full-time role 37.5 hours a week on a term time only basisWhat youll be doing:
Delivering training in the principles of Royal Navy Communications in support of the Weapon Engineering (WE) Department
Delivering training to groups of up to 16 delegates
Using data information and insight on the performance of individual establishment to drive continuous improvement and learning across Royal Navy training.
Working collaboratively with Learning and Development Training Delivery staff to identify and support a personalised approach to learning and development focussing on the learner journey based on accurate assessments of the particular knowledge skills and understanding that every trainee brings.
Communicating and representing the needs of Weapons Engineering Training to the Delivery Team Leader
Supporting and advising on the piloting and implementation of modernised training courses within establishment
What were looking for:
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
Minimum of Level 4/Foundation Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience of maintenance principles of communications systems
Ability to liaise with stakeholders
Ability to work within a team environment as well as using own initiative
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of Royal Navy training and/or experience would be an advantage especially in Weapon Systems and Ordnance
Previous training delivery experience would be an advantage

Ability to gain further qualifications and full training given
This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro ratad and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
