What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager / Property Management Team Leader:

• Lead support and develop the property management team through training mentoring and day-to-day guidance
• Oversee the management of a residential property portfolio ensuring compliance and service standards are consistently achieved
• Act as the senior point of contact for complex landlord and tenant enquiries and dispute resolution
• Manage maintenance issues instruct contractors and ensure repairs are completed efficiently
• Monitor compliance requirements including health and safety regulations statutory checks and current legislation
• Review departmental performance identify improvements and implement processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience

• Previous experience within residential property management
• Experience leading mentoring or supervising a team
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance requirements
• Ability to manage complex landlord and tenant situations professionally

• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to improving processes
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
