About Us
Kioku means memory in Japanese, and that's exactly what we strive to create for every guest who walks through our doors. Located within The OWO, overlooking the iconic Trafalgar Square, Kioku by Endo combines Japanese culinary heritage with contemporary elegance.
Under the guidance of Culinary Director Chef Endo Kazutoshi, a distinguished third-generation sushi master, our team delivers a dining experience that celebrates precision, craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality.
We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals who are eager to develop their careers, expand their wine knowledge, and become part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.
The Role
As Sommelier, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest journey through expert wine and beverage service. Working closely with our Head Sommelier and management team, you will help curate memorable dining experiences while developing your knowledge of fine wines, sake, and Japanese beverage culture.
