Customer Service Agent - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

£12.50 - £13.00 per hour, 40 hour week

We are working with a leading, UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Customer Service Agent to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This roles is a full time, temporary position, based in Kingston.
For this role, you must have experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract, either for a main contractor or RSL (Social Landlord), along with excellent time management and communication skills. You will also have experience of using a repairs and maintenance software.
