With internationally acclaimed Scottish actor, writer and director Alan Cumming recently appointed as Artistic Director and a new Chief Executive leading the organisation into its next chapter, the theatre is entering an exciting period of growth, innovation and increased national and international profile.

THE ROLE
This is a senior leadership role where you will shape and execute the financial strategy while ensuring operational efficiency and strong governance. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to support the theatre’s artistic vision, while driving financial sustainability.
