Our Stratford venue is a busy high-volume operation with a reputation for quality and consistency and were looking for a Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen.
The Role
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen across all services leading your brigade to deliver exceptional food standards in a fast-paced premium environment. You will work closely with senior culinary leadership on menu development seasonal launches and operational improvements.
