Were looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in Guildford. If closing deals gives you a buzz objections are just opportunities in disguise and you know that Ill just have a think about it usually means I need another coffee... then keep reading.

What Youll Be Doing
Helping customers find their perfect next car (without needing to use Jedi mind tricks).
Building genuine relationships that create repeat business and referrals.
Following up enquiries handling objections and keeping your pipeline moving.
Delivering handovers that leave customers excited to drive away.
Hitting and exceeding targets... because commission looks much better in your bank account than on a spreadsheet.
What Were Looking For

14000 basic salary
Realistic OTE of 50000 - 70000 with uncapped commission
Company vehicle available (if youd rather not keep admiring them from the showroom window).
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
