UPA Home Care helps older people live independently by providing in-home services that meet their individual while promoting wellness choice and quality of life. This role is offered on a part-time basis and is an exciting opportunity to join our Hunter team based in Wallsend.About the role
At UPA our Registered Nurses play a key role in ensuring our clients are cared for physically emotionally and spiritually responding to their varied needs with empathy and respect. We are seeking somebody to provide clinical leadership case management and holistic care to our clients including caring for their physical and mental wellbeing. A strong emphasis on preventative care measures and a wellness and reablement approach along with clinical insights in managing risk will support our clients to achieve their goals and feel safe in their home.
