Are you an Aspiring SEND Therapist
If so we are looking to appoint an Aspiring SEND Therapist on behalf of a large and Outstanding Hounslow School.
Experience in the field is vital to you achieving your goal of becoming a fully SEND Therapist and this large school have between 60-70 children on the SEN register with a variety of behavioural emotional social and medical needs.
As an Aspiring SEND Therapist you will work as an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide a high level of emotionally intelligent support whilst working with their most vulnerable children.
Whilst working and building your experience you will undertake professional development from internal and external training courses and be partnered with qualified specialists within the field.
You will also be working alongside Educational Psychologists and Speech and Language Therapists. For this role you will need to have graduated from a top 30 University in the UK and achieved a degree with a 2:1 or higher. Experience in the education and SEN sector is vital for this role!
This Aspiring SEND Therapist role is the perfect position to be considering if you intend to gain experience before making Masters applications in the near future.
