Working closely with the Director you will oversee the day-to-day running of the business while driving performance developing the team and supporting business growth. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as Head of Operations:

• Lead motivate and develop the sales and lettings teams to achieve business objectives
• Oversee the daily operational management of the office ensuring efficient processes and consistently high standards
• Monitor business performance analyse KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability
• Generate new business opportunities by building relationships with vendors landlords and local contacts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation company procedures and industry regulations
• Support recruitment onboarding staff development and succession planning while acting as deputy to the Director when required
