Job Summary
Akari Care is a trusted provider of personalised nursing and residential care within local communities across England and Wales. We offer up to £1500 welcome bonus (subject to T&Cs) for all nurses joining our permanent team. About you
  • Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
  • A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach
  • Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively
  • Have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues

  • Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
  • Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions, possess a caring nature, proven ability to lead by example and motivate a team, have a coaching style leadership mentality, good communication and relationship-building skills, and are flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
