As our new HR Specialist you will be delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle partnering with managers and employees to ensure smooth compliant and people-centered HR operations that align with Grundfoss global standards.
This role is based in our office in Leighton Buzzard.
What you will be doingAs a key part of the People & Organisation team for UK & Ireland youll create impact by Strengthening our HR foundations by ensuring seamless people processes driving employee engagement and enabling our teams to focus on what matters most - delivering sustainable water solutions to the world.
